What artists does HawaiiArt.com show for?
HawaiiArt.com features artists who live and create in Hawaii. We also include the work of a small number of artists who have since relocated to the mainland to honor their longstanding relationship with our gallery.
If there is a problem the product (if it is received in defective or damaged condition), you may return any item in unblemished condition (in the condition it was received) along with any original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
Since all HawaiiArt.com artists make/ship products directly from their individual locations, please contact HawaiiArt.com at email@example.com for the artist's return address. You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of returning your product/package to the seller (artist), however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for the artist to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Expected shipping times have been set by each artist and are indicated on each item page. Your art will be professionally packed, insured, and shipped directly to you from the artist's studio or gallery. Artwork is primarlly shipped via the United States Postal Service although UPS, FedEx, or DHL may be used under special circumstances. If you require a particular shipping services for any reason, please contact us and the artist will make every attempt to accommodate your specifications.
Our artists can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
After entering your location during the checkout process, you will be provided with your shipping cost. This figure has been calculated based on the artist’s guidelines for the weight and packaging requirements for the specific piece you have selected.
On your shopping cart page, you have the option to change your artwork’s delivery from Standard to Express shipping for an additional cost. The total shipping amount will be shown before your bill is finalized.
No one takes better care of your art then the artist who created it. In the rare occasion when your item arrives damaged, please email email@example.com and we will assist you in replacing the damaged work (if multiple editions are available) - or provide a full refund (upon return of the damaged item).

HawaiiArt.com is a locally owned and operated business centrally located on the Island of Oahu; our sales agents work remotely and all reside in Hawaii.
Currently all transactions are made via the HawaiiArt.com website. If you have a question or special request, please send your inquiry to email@example.com.
Only pieces delivered to addresses in Hawaii will be taxed. If you live in the State of Hawaii, your total purchase price will include a current Hawaii excise tax amount.

Nobody can read or access your information other than us, and we will use it only to contact you regarding your order.
We store your name, address, and phone number for the purposes of completing your transaction only and will never share it with any third party. HawaiiArt.com does not store any credit card information.
