This is a 1.50"l x 1.125"w medium Makau Iwi/bone Fish Hook. This is a reproduction of authentic hook styles on Display at the Bishop Museum in Honolulu. This is a one-piece single-barb hook, but it is distinctive and recognized as a distinct Makau Hawai'i. The hook is lashed to a waxed bark-tan Kaula that can be adjusted to the length of your choice when you order. Please check size in "necklace size" option to choose desired Kaula/necklace length.
