This Men's Style Lauhala Hat is handmade by Cherie using the maka moena pattern with a band of palua pattern and blocked (shaped) by Harriet Soong. The hat has a 4.25" tall crown and 3" wide brim. The koi (strips) plaited are 1/8 inch wide. The lauhala was gathered and papale made in Kona on the Big Island. Forehead sweatband sewn in for comfort.
