This design was taken from an Oriental fabric. It depicts two Koi and the classic Oriental wave design. The design is wood burnt into the gourd's skin and beautifully painted with many shades of blue. The gourd's skin has been left in a natural state so that the viewer can appreciate the many wonderful natural shades and designs on the gourd.
