Sunny was inspired by nature, the ocean, flora, the sun and clouds. The rolling waves, cascading waterfalls, lush vegetation and cloud formations were her source of inspiration and passion behind all of her paintings.

Sunny grew up in Santa Monica, California and moved to Hawaii when she was twenty-five years old. Sunny discovered the world of art at the age of two. She was mentored at the age of eight by established artist Carol Royer; otherwise Sunny was self taught. She worked extensively with various styles and painted with acrylics with a gloss finish.

Sunny was captivated by the beauty of nature. By combining realism, fantasy and imagination to create and captivate dimensions, feeling and environments that stir the soul. Sunny's brilliantly colored paintings are windows to paradise and glimpses of the past and present.
